The hotel is beautiful, is about 10 min walking from the Train Station and just crossing the street to the tram that takes you to City downtown in just 2-3 stops. The bedrooms were so spacious, we got 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom and all of them were very good! The staff were so friendly and the breakfast sooo goood, after two weeks of traveling, having a good breakfast (not only coffee and pastries) is food for your soul. I definitely recommend it! Side note: We request a Taxi to the Airport (a huge one as we had a lot of luggage and we were 4), the price charged was 100 euros; the driver told us that the Taxi company blah blah and that was the price, we´ll never know, just a side note for you to consider if you want to order a taxi to airport at the end of your stay.

We liked almost everything about the hotel. The location is walkable to the old city, there is also a tram stop right in front of it, which is very convenient. The staff is amazing, super attentive and supportive. They have a positive attitude towards any request. The room was cosy and clean. We loved the common space too, which is well decorated and comfy. There is a co-working space as well and they let us stay there before our bus left at midnight. If you arrive too early before the check in, there is a shower you can use. Overall, we loved that the hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly and they create such a comfortable environment for guests. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Bordeaux next time.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few tram stops from the centre of Bordeaux, with the tram stop just outside the door. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The decor of the hotel is very modern with loads of space to relax and chill out just off reception. The bedroom, whilst small, had everything I needed. Good selection to choose from for breakfast. Would definitely use this hotel again if back in Bordeaux.

It is just in front of the tram stop which despite the location feels very safe. During the day, the city centre is in comfortable walkable distance. The room was very clean and quite modern. Delicious breakfast with cool things like chia pudding or fresh orange juice. And the best part was the coworking place! Perfect wifi, nice for work

The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have beer on tap in the reception. Area was a 15 minute walk from great bars and restaurants. The tram stopped right outside the hotel. The area was quiet at night and only a 10 minute walk from St Jean train station.
